The technician was super nice and really knew what he was doing. There was a bad smell coming out of the mini split. He figured out that the problem was due to the unit being installed wrong by some contractors a few years ago. He thought he'd have to come back another time to remount it properly, but then he figured out a better way to do it and was able to fix it right then.
