J&M Service was recommended by a HVAC professional that Home Depot referred me. I needed my dryer vent hooked up after some roofing work and I needed a second bid since the first one seemed especially high and I could tell they were uncomfortable with the vent going to the roof. J&M came in and the price was almost half. They also asked about cleaning our heating duct, which we were also happy with. But back to the dryer vent, we got a new dryer five months later and the dryer told us the air flow was blocked. Talked to Michelle and she said they would be out and there would be no charge. They found that Best Buy had crimped the dryer duct and since they were out—recleaned the ducting. But the next time we used the dryer it still told us the airflow was blocked. I called Michelle to get some documentation for the manufacturer warranty service but she said she wanted to send Mike out one more time to make absolutely sure there was no obstruction. He found there was a screen on the other side of the output flapper, which he believed might be the issue —and cleaned the duct again. We finally have a new dryer which actually dries our clothes. I would definitely use J&M again, since I know I’m getting a good value and their customer service is above and beyond my expectation.
