The poor reviews here are simply because people (customer Karen's) don't like the rules. Some of these people have been at this spot for over 10 years and know the changes to the law and what is required and they will gladly teach you. They cannot make exceptions to the law.

I have only ever picked up pre-paid tabs here. The wait can be brutal for a 1 minute or less transaction. They have chairs at the desk… nothing they do should take long enough that you would need to sit down to accomplish it. This location is close to my house, but it takes less time to drive across town and get my tabs than it does to wait in their line. So don’t assume you’ll you just pop in and out real quick. If you do happen to get out of there in less than 5 minutes, buy a lottery ticket.

I was in a domestic violence situation and needed to get my car title replacement fast. I was struggling communicating through the centralized Washington State center. These guys went above and beyond for me and walked me through what I needed to do and even helped me with the paperwork!!! You can't beat that. I'm grateful for them, and they even helped me with follow up! Can't recommend heading here for your needs enough.
