Dr. Richards and his team have been providing dental care for many years. They are highly recommended as very nice people doing good work. Patients have been satisfied with his professionalism and genuine concern for dental health. He is an outstanding dentist who cares greatly for the welfare of his patients. The support staff is first class, and everyone treats patients with true care and concern. Dr. Richards is soft spoken and attentive. Patients do not feel like they are in an assembly line. The team has been consistent in delivery of dental care in a comfortable setting. All team members are pleasant and efficient. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Dr. Richards is a dentist that patients trust. Heritage Dental is one of the best in Vancouver.

Highly Recommended! I've been to many dentist in Vancouver over the years and Heritage Dental is by far one of the best. Dr. Richards is soft spoken and attentive to his patients. You do not feel like you're in an assembly line nor do you have to wait for months to get seen.
I have been going to Dr. Paul for years. All of the staff are welcoming and friendly. I do not have insurance and Dr. Paul will let me know if I should have work done right away or if I can wait. Dr. Paul is a dentist that I trust!
