Reception at Hearing Life was very cordial. It was a pleasure to meet Amanda Richardson. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. This was an introductory meeting. So after a brief discussion of my hearing issues, she conducted a complementary informal hearing assessment that confirmed my high frequency hearing loss.

Amanda is the best in the business as soon as I walked in she knew what was wrong with my hearing aids! In seconds she had a fix. I have to say I have had the best experience with this group of people now if I can just get them to work with me on my android phone and make it answer phone calls like my other hearing aids have for years!! But so far no such luck!I was told it's up to me and for $7000.00 I don't think that's quite right I am 74 and need some help!

I couldn't find it and your receptionist up front got me right there. She is the best receptionist and made my visit the best appointment the best I've ever had. I'll be back in January for hearing aids I would go anywhere else. Thank you for helping me and making me feel so good! You need to be given a big raise.
