Zach is a gifted clinician, not only because he is skilled, warm and compassionate but also genuinely curious to keep learning and to help us develop our capacity to prevent injury. I refer to him constantly and look forward to my own treatment with him.
I woke up in agonizing, severely immobilizing pain in my back and neck, made an appointment with Dr. Halcumb same day, and walked out of his office at noon feeling pretty well refreshed and comfortably mobile, as well as more educated. The followup visits have added further education, physical comfort and positioned me better going forward for prevention. He explains the what, how and why of every procedure and action before he performs them, doesn't push you past your limit or do anything you're too uncomfortable with, and talks about the nervous system and holistic wellness.
