I've been working here for over 2 years, I like everyone I work with. But this economy really sucks. Barely living pay check to pay check is really getting old. I've had to get rid of almost everything and live full time in the semi. Everything is good if you can hang in there long enough to pay off the truck. Then you start making good money, as long as your truck stays in one peice. Would I recommend this company for employment...... Yes, I would. But, don't expect to make a large salary until the truck is all paid for.
Had a minor fender bender when one of their drivers was trying to back into a spot...The owner Brian was quick to respond and immediately paid for the minor damage to our truck..Thank you Brian for getting us taken care of..accidents happen, so it all good
This Company is hands down the best trucking company out there, in my opinion! And everyone else's Opinion who works for Gulick Trucking Inc. reason is because you get to choose what ever truck you want! And you get to customize it the way you want it to look. They don't do force dispatch! Which means you get to choose where you want to go. It is a owner operator based company. So, you need quite a bit of experience. Unless you have a inside man! What's the pay like? Well, I'll make it simple. You get paid every 2 weeks. You won't have a truck payment for the first 60 days. And say you made 17,000 in a month. Out of that, you get 80%.
