We had shopped around to at least 4 other flooring stores before settling on Great Floors. Kord was helpful in finding exactly what we wanted and we were able to get better carpet for less money than two of the other places. It wasn’t the least expensive place we went to, but we got high quality carpet for a good price. We chose a higher grade Karastan carpet, which we just love. The only downside was installation. Don’t get me wrong, the carpet is installed beautifully, but they left carpet fibers all over my driveway that I had to clean up, and one of the installers was sick. I’ve been sick now for three days and feel miserable.

We had a great experience working with Clem to replace the floors on our older home. He recommended the best flooring option for our needs and was very professional and communicative throughout the entire process. We love our new LVP flooring and highly recommend working with Clem!

Omg!! Clem is the best person ever . The best team of people at the great floors who gave me a full service even though I was picking up some of the free pieces of carpets. They Helped me cut into my desired sizes , helped load the car . What else can you ask for . Can't recommend them enough . Both The showroom and warehouse are spacious and comfortable .
