This clinic is an amazingly helpful asset to our Clark County Community! My friend who is uninsured was able to call at 9am and secure an appointment for 1pm the same day. The front desk manager did a great job explaining which paperwork to fill out. I noticed she is bilingual which is a positive skill to serve a greater audience. Doctor Feldstein demonstrated excellent bedside manner in her initial physical check-up, and tests were run without any cost to the patient. Luckily, this patient did not have any infections and therefore did not require medications, though, the Doctor was totally willing to prescribe them if necessary. Thankful for this clinic they are very helpful with me and family members, doctors and nurses have been great. However, I must report persistent and concerning issues related to the front desk operations that are impacting the patient experience; by whispering to each other in Spanish like we wouldn’t understand or never answering the phone or when they do they just say they will call later and NEVER DO.
