Would like to recommend but I just can't.I really like Jamie and the company but...Ultimately the job was left incomplete with very little communication. One screen was left in the garage, two screens were sticking. Trim work promised not done at all. I had to have another contractor do it. A gap in one of the sliders with no trim to cover. One of the windows did not slide correctly. And then took a long time to get the job finished. We ordered 4 sliding glass doors and several windows in December and installation was mid April. Milgard technician could not come until June 28th. And all he did was make some minor adjustments and spray with Silicon. No defects in the...read full review

One screen was left in the garage, two screens were sticking. Trim work promised not done at all. I had to have another contractor do it. A gap in one of the sliders with no trim to cover. One of the windows did not slide correctly. And then took a long time to get the job finished. We ordered 4 sliding glass doors and several windows in December and installation was mid April. In addition communication lags were up to a week. Again no one told me they were finished. I figured it out when I got the invoice. It was then that I heard that the screens were defective and needed Milgard to come out. Then there were some explainable phantom texts to me that I never received. Then a form for rebates was sent and when I completed I hear back I don't qualify. I interviewed 5 companies and went with 4 Seasons and Jamie as they were competitive in price and really liked Jamie. i think the company does good work but in this case there must of been some other job more urgent. Overall the job is done but far too many issues and lack of follow through. I would not use them again.

Jamie @ Four seasons came to my house to give us an estimate on replacing all of our windows. He didn't try and sell me something I didn't need and didn't waste my time with a sales pitch. He educated me on modern windows and showed some sample windows he had with him. When the time came for the install, he showed up on time and got after it. By himself! I could not be happier with the job he did and highly recommend his company. He's an extremely nice guy (even though he's a Cubs fan) and you will NOT be disappointed. - Chuck HService: Window installation
