This was my first appointment at this office. The entire appointment was very positive. What I appreciated the most was being treated as an individual, not a chart number. I was also surprised that the cost of new glasses was comparable to the big box store I have used on the past. Everyone was caring and attentive. I am glad I found them.

I’ve been coming to Downtown Vision Care for about 7 years. The appointment always goes well. they are organized and efficient. they compare past eye results with current and confirm any changes will work for me. The staff is very new nice and make me feel welcome. I’m usually in and out in about an hour and that includes getting my choices all confirmed for eye wear.
