Charles was amazing from start to finish. He is easy to talk to and was very considerate throughout the whole process. My partner and I reached out to three other flooring companies for estimates and Charles was fairly priced while also having the most transparent and thorough estimates. You can tell he cares about his quality of work by the details he conveys before starting the job. During the job, he also will let you know what was done that day and teaches you some fun hardwood flooring facts if you are interested!

Charles Day Flooring exceeded our expectations! After interviewing several companies, we knew that Charles was the one we trusted in our home to refinish our hardwood floors. The results speak for themselves in the pictures. Charles was punctual, professional and did fabulous work. He fixed some problem areas and installed new baseboards also.
