I was referred to Gareld by a previous computer technician who moved out of the area and Gareld did not disappoint! I was frankly amazed at his speedy and completely THOROUGH service to my Dell laptop.
He explained step by step all details and procedures of diagnosing, cleaning inside and out, checking hard drive, replacing old parts (battery) and installing the new program. It's like I have a brand new and immaculate laptop!
He has given me excellent suggestions and counsel. I could not be more pleased and impressed with Gareld's work ethic, expertise, and reasonable price. So grateful!

I bought a new SSD for my setup only to realize that I was missing the screw needed to secure it to the motherboard. Gerald was kind enough to offer me two screws and a mini screwdriver at no cost. I was very appreciative of this since it saved me some money by not needing to buy a whole set of screws from Amazon. I still handed over $5 to show my appreciation
