[EDIT: Upgraded to 5 stars - they offered me a rewash, which I did. Again, very friendly, made it right.TIP: When you exit, turn right to access the free vacuums.]I hadn't been here for a very long time, like back when it was Thunder car wash. There was a line of about 7 cars waiting. One car and one truck were pulled out of line and sent away for some reason. (maybe too big for the truck). Once I got up to the front the guys were nice enough and friendly, for sure. I had to ask for dash wipes. I got the $12 version (they also have a $10 version). I wasn't too impressed. Clausen's, in my opinion, is the best car wash in Vancouver! I had been getting frustrated with other places being inconsistent from one visit to the next, still having soap dripping down my car after exiting, as well as the service not being consistent. I have always been treated respectfully and kindly at this car wash and my car comes out amazing every time. I have to drive a lot further and pass a lot of other places to get to it, but I am more than happy to do this and have my car look great for an entire week!
