We have had nothing but leaking issues by skylight replacement on our manufactured home. Roof only 12 yrs old and are looking to replace or fix leaks. Bill came out several times. Didn't respond to my certified letter about fixing inside of house where it leaked thru. We now have another leak by the woodstove pipe. Maybe flashing was done incorrectly. Just a bit salty right now. Should not be happening.

The team showed up in the afternoon ready to work. roof was stripped that evening. new underlayment and repairs around chimney flashing replacement all done with shingling began next day.Next day shingling completed and thorough cleanup completed. Excellent work!Services: Roof inspection

Its always good to get a few quotes when doing repairs. In my case, Bill provided a straight answer and was able to get the work done quickly. The other company did not misinform but they did not tell the whole story in the hopes to get me to hire them for the work they suggested.
