We have used Chem-Dry for several years and they never disappoint. Byron, our technician, was timely and did an excellent job on the carpets. They are always fresh and clean when the job is done. Thanks Byron and Chem-Dry!

It's a bummer for me to leave a review like this but unfortunately I feel I need to. I used Chem Dry when we first bought our house 7 years ago, and they were amazing. I'd recommend them to anyone that asked about carpet cleaners, especially anyone with pets. I need to get the carpet cleaned again so my first thought was Chem Dry because I had such a positive experience the first time. I was scheduled to have am estimate (because I understood costs have changed over 7 years) in early October. Unfortunately the day of I promptly got a call due to staffing it needed to be rescheduled. Robert was more than willing to have someone come out 2 weeks later but due to my schedule I pushed it out to today. My time was supposed to be between about 8-830 ish. I had to call the company at 9 because I hadn't heard anything. I got a call back about a half hour later and it was assumed the technician had arrived. Why there's no check in between technician and the company is something I don't understand but that's okay. I received a decent apology but it seemed more like an excuse for the technician than anything. I asked about the possibility of a slight additional discount in addition to the returning customer one, if I went with the estimate based on not awesome communication. I was told that's not something normally done which I found a little odd. Especially because in my line of work, I do do that if a customer is having a not great experience, especially if it's company based. But I understood that but didn't think it'd hurt to ask. I was told Rob would look into the technician and call me back. I had to call again an hour later and when I gave him my name, he had no idea of our previous conversation earlier, which bummed me out. I usually am not one to leave reviews like this, but when I told him I'd no longer need the estimate he didn't even try to apologize or explain or offer any other solutions or fix. Not even an offer to come out tomorrow. That would have solved everything. I won't be recommending Chem Dry anymore which is a shame because I really liked them. I guess cost isn't the only thing that changed after 7 years ?

Decided to give this business a try when we had a few pet stains we couldn't get out ourselves. It was bothersome to me every time I came home; they would stick out like a sore thumb! My husband didn't think they were that noticeable, but I had to do something about it. I guess it was my OCD showing itself again :-D Anyhow, I did some Google research and decided to try Chem-dry. We have original hardwood floors under our bit of carpeting (227 square feet), and I wanted to try a company known for not drenching the carpet to clean it. The reviews I read were not only impressed with the quick dry time but also stain fighting.I called the number from the website, an 800 number. Obviously, she was not local...must have been a central customer service center. She was very pleasant, informative, and helpful. She also mentioned that first-time customers get a 25% discount on services. I set up my appointment for the following week, first thing on the morning, 8-8:30. I received a call from Rob, who worked at the local office, the day before confirming my appointment. At 8:05, Rob called me to let me know his technician, Gabe, was running late. He said Gabe would call me within 20 minutes with an ETA. Gabe called me around 9, giving me an ETA of 9:45. At this point, I'm a little irritated. I took the morning off work for this appointment, and my time is just as important as theirs. I absolutely hate waiting for contractors. I find it super inconsiderate to not be punctual. I did appreciate the heads up, but the time estimates were way off, hence one less star.When Gabe got here, he was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions. He took measurements for my estimate, and the price was very reasonable. He said it would take about an hour, which was accurate. He did a great job, and I'm happy with the outcome. He cleaned up his materials and was very professional. I would definitely recommend this business for carpet cleaning. I just wish they could have been more punctual. I will most likely use them again in the future. Love that they don't use harsh chemicals. The house smelled like citrus when they finished cleaning.

0 Stars (I had to click 1 star to be able to post). I called several weeks ago to schedule a carpet cleaning for yesterday. Time slot of 12-2 PM. Nobody ever called yesterday. I waited around all afternoon. I called in and left a message. Nobody ever called me back. They may be short-staffed - many businesses are, I get that. But no call back to explain anything? I will not use this business again.

The carpet was awlful...had lots of wine stains from broken bottles...they cam in and most of the stains were gone. I was soo happy and surprised! I will forever use them for .y carpet cleaning!!
