Excellent service when I first called requesting a tow truck and then by one their drivers! It sucks having car problems in a busy highway on a Friday evening before a holiday. But their great service brought a good ending to the road assistance fiasco by my car insurance company.

Kylan came out to the gorge on behalf of AAA to rescue me. My car had a blown tire and he towed it to Les Schwab. He was super communicative, accurate about his expected time (more so than AAA), and really friendly. Best tow driver ever!
