Stephen came to our son's house this morning to tow our truck that was stuck. He was very professional, let us know when he would arrive, and completed the job quickly. Great experience even though we didn't start the day expecting to need to have our truck towed. Thanks!

Talented and professional drivers, and dispatchers!! I’m on my third tow this year with you guys and I don’t want anyone else hooking my rigs, I’ve even been bailed out outside of Newberg back home!! Just had Greg pick my truck up (4/2/24), after a mechanical failure leaving my folks and I stranded after dinner. Greg got the truck on without a hitch, very methodical and patient to make sure it was done right the first time. From start to finish, thanks guys and gals at Chapelle’s!!

Being in a stressful situation like car trouble it’s terrible to also get a tow driver who is unpleasant, but getting a great person who lightens the mood and is quick and hard working like Steven was absolutely awesome! He communicated well and and quick to get there and fast at his job! Steven is an absolute gem that should be retained and given a raise! Thank you so much for making a hard situation a bit easier!
