I looked for a plumber to help with my drainage issue two times before having Shaun to do it right. He went above and beyond to help me clear my main line, install and reroute my macerater pump, set me up for a dishwasher and install a sink. He did top notch work that the other plumbers who looked at the same issue had no idea what to do. If it wasn’t for Shaun I would still be backed up in my basement and it would smell like sewage. Now my plumbing flows freely and the smell is completely gone. If you want it done right, he’s the guy you want!
Cascade Northwest Plumbing solved a horrible problem. Our Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) died of old age. It was out at the curb inside a cement water meter box. Our water pressure dropped gigantically. I could hardly rinse the soap off in the shower. We only got a dribble out of faucets. When we flushed a toilet we could barely fill a glass for a drink! We called Cascade and Jennifer (the receptionist) hooked us up with Shaun (a super plumber). We didn't get an answer machine when we called, but a real person was on our case immediately. They sent out someone to analyze what size PRV we needed. Then Shaun drove up with a service vehicle. And in a short time...read full review
I called at around 12pm and they were able to get to me by around 3 pm and was out of here with what I needed fixed, fixed, by around 4. He was punctual, respectful, informational, and just all around a great experience. Zach knew what he was doing and did it efficiently. I appreciate it!
