Wow! That was seamless. Cascade handled my insurance claim, got approval for the OEM windshield and installed it quickly. I highly recommend Brenda and her team at Cascade Auto Glass. Great work and super easy to work with.
When both my girlfriend and I ended up with cracks running down our windshields, I wasn’t exactly excited about having to deal with it. But working with Cascade Auto Glass made it surprisingly easy. I called Brenda, who connected me with Kellie to set everything up, and they handled the rest. The installers showed up right on time, replaced both windshields while we worked from home, and even put the cars back where they were parked when they finished. The whole thing was straightforward and stress-free — which is exactly what you want when dealing with car repairs. For my windshield replacement, I decided to go to their shop to have the work done, Located somewhere inside an industrial type area is the roll up door to Cascade Auto Glass. Not too hard to find, but don't try to get here without GPS. The space is clean with a large single driveway/bay to fix the glass. There are a couple of non-permanent feeling offices at the back, with people making lots of calls. There's even a waiting room of sorts, all clean, pleasant and providing the basics (bottled water, coffee, tea, etc).The windshield was out and the new one in in about 30 minutes.
