We inherited a section of the Portland Airport rug that was the perfect size for a runner, so we were recommended to bring it here for binding. We are SO lucky that we did.Iris and her family own and operate this business and they are one-in-a-million, wonderful people. The whole process was very straightforward, and the service was warm, welcoming, and comprehensive from the start. We were able to get a quote on the phone, including a wholesale pricing discount for our travel from Oregon City, and the rug was done before the pickup time we were quoted at! I'm restoring a 1917 Craftsman, and while the Carpet Workroom didn't have exactly what I was looking for when I called, they were so helpful in helping me make sure I found what I needed elsewhere that I can't wait to work with them again! The next time I need any kind of carpet solution, I'm calling The Carpet Workroom first. It was the most pleasant conversation despite not finding what I needed.

Crew showed up on time and did an excellent job removing our old carpet and padding, then installing new carpet and padding. We replaced 3 bedrooms and their closets, the did the whole job in only 2 and a half hours. I was so surprised how quickly they worked. They were all so kind and professional. They even replaced a handle on the crawl space door so that it would not be in it's original inconvenient location. They didn't have to do that, but it was very professional. Highly recommend!
