Buena Vista quoted me a competitive price using good materials. They are Malarkey approved which along with a specific installation allows a Malarkey warranty. This company is professional and quick. 31 squares of roofing were torn off and replaced in 3 days. All my concerns were addressed.

I contacted Buena Vista after purchasing a new home. My home inspection described the roof as near end of life and my new home insurance policy required shingle replacement before I could renew the policy for the next year. After some back and forth with Buena Vista, I opted to install an entirely new roof. I also asked them to clean the gutters and brace \u0026 sister some cracked rafters in my attic. During the inspection, they also identified the lack of flashing as a possible future problem on my detached shed.
