I contacted Buena Vista after purchasing a new home. My home inspection described the roof as near end of life and my new home insurance policy required shingle replacement before I could renew the policy for the next year. After some back and forth with Buena Vista, I opted to install an entirely new roof. I also asked them to clean the gutters and brace \u0026 sister some cracked rafters in my attic. During the inspection, they also identified the lack of flashing as a possible future problem on my detached shed. Very professional and understanding individuals! We live in a townhouse and did our roof at the same time as our conjoining neighbors and were able to receive a discount for doing both sides at the same time. They came and did our roof within two weeks even though we were out of the country. We were able to pay them upon our return a month later. Highly recommend them for roofing services!
