I got my hair cut on Sunday and asked for a shoulder-length cut with long, light layers. Unfortunately, what I got was a cut with many short layers. The layers are as short as my jawline, which makes the whole style look short instead of shoulder-length. I am really disappointed with the outcome as it's not what I requested, and it looks bad. It’s hard to style sense I’ve got chunky layers that start at my jawline. Plus it’s not a flattering look.
