I normally am not great about leaving reviews, however, I am compelled to leave this five star review. My experience started with Sabrina who came out and spent as much time as I needed and was wonderful. Brittany in the office was always available for questions throughout the process. Robby and Mike and the guys were unbelievably courteous, friendly, competent and clean. I would highly recommend them as much for their care and attention to the customer as well as the high quality of the job. Thank you.

We recently had a tub-to-shower conversion (May) and love it! From the consultation to the installer, everyone is friendly and helpful and made it an enjoyable experience. In fact, we just ordered to have the second bathtub updated. Even our conversations with the office staff were great. I would highly recommend this company.

So Impressed. Our shower floor cracked, and Bath Planet stood behind their warranty. For that, my family is completely grateful. Brittany took my initial complaint call on Tuesday and had Matt take lead on assessment and scheduling; he was able to fit our job into the same week in an already busy schedule, Wow! Brittany showed my husband, and me samples for the new walls, and we made a choice preferred to the one we had chosen 6 years ago. The skilled trades came in on Friday and finished on Saturday before noon. Shout Out to a Great team: Bob, Ezekiel, Oscar, and Robby We are grateful. Blessings.
