I had an issue with my HVAC system and called the 24/7 line and was immediately helped and got service right away. Ricardo was great! He found the issues and fixed it within a timely manner. I am a first time home buyer so Ricardo educated me on my HVAC system and was such a big help. Would recommend Apex Air!
Highly recommend! I've waited to write a review until the new system was in place and running through multiple days of hot weather. So happy I went with Apex Air.
With the old system, my primary bedroom, bathroom and closet were horribly hot in the summer with the downstairs being freezing. Brandon looked over the system and my house. He came up with amazing ideas to improve air flow. (Other companies were dismissive of my concerns to cool my room). My old system was working, but over 20 years old and questionable on how much longer it would work. Brandon provided great options to meet my very adamant needs and respectful of my budget.

My wife and I highly recommend Apex Air to anyone considering a Mitsubishi mini split heat pump—or needing help with one.
Last Friday, Apex repaired the water pump on our two-year-old unit. Our technician, Miguel Salamanca, was incredibly professional.
