Had a serious pavement ant infestation around the entire perimeter of my home, originating from under a brick paver patio. I'd tried DIY bait stations for weeks with no real progress before calling Antworks. From the first call they were knowledgeable and professional. Steve quickly identified the species, explained the treatment approach, and covered the full perimeter rather than just spot-treating. These guys clearly know ants better than anyone in the area. Service was smooth and easy, and I'm confident we'll be ant-free based on how thorough Steve was. Will absolutely call them again if needed.
The booking process was simple and easy l, they confirmed the appointment with me a day in advance,and the tech called me when he was on his way out, the service was outstanding, the tech explainded to us the process, salked me through were the ants were entering the house,what to expected over the next serveral weeks. I have to say that, before Antwerks came to our home the first time, I was skeptical about how successful the application would prove. But, to my very happy surprise, the applications have been effective, and my wife and I have continued to use Antwerks when those little critters reappear. I also can't say enough good things about the technician--Steve--who came to our home the first time and the most recent occasion. He was polite and efficient, but he also took a lot of time to explain how ant colonies thrive and what we can do ourselves to minimize the frequency of their appearance, such as removing puddles outside our home.
