I literally always get the best service here. No matter why I come in. It could be picking up lady minute contacts, or picking a new pair. The customer service is always above and beyond. I always feel comfortable and heard.

I really appreciated the customer service I got this morning. I had misplaced my contact my new boxes have not arrived yet. I walked in and asked if I could get a trial pair. The service was awesome they helped me out and got me all set. My Stress was immediately relieved. I highly recommend this specific Americas best. Long time customer by far the best location I’ve been. Thank you!

What a bizarre experience. I made an appointment online. It was confirmed. They called me, wanting to change the appointment to an earlier time, and I agreed. New appointment was confirmed. Then they called again to cancel the appointment because they didn't have a doctor available at that time! (Shouldn't they have known that when they made the decision to change my appointment and chose that time?) Shortly afterward, they sent an automated email asking me to reschedule. Weirdly, it showed my original appointment time available. Ha! I'm not going through that again.
