Great customer service on scheduling and fitting into our availability. Very communicative with reminders. Austin was on time and very respectful of our home and needs. He was very informative and helpful on the issue. We will continue to be using AMPM in the future.

I wanted to express my deepest gratitude to Austin & Chelsea. Two days ago my AC stopped working. I set an appointment with Sunset Heating & Cooling last night on Tuesday after getting home to an 82 degree heat - for the following day today, on Wednesday for 8-12. They text me in the morning around 8am to say they overbooked themselves and the soonest they could come out was Friday.
I begged the lady to move someone else. That I was leaving Thursday morning at 8am to say goodbye to my dad in California. My 13 year old is here with school delayed to start and he can’t be here in the heat waiting for my sister in law to pick him up... read full review

I called/texted numerous HVAC companies when our unit failed to cool on a hot Saturday night. First one to respond was Chelsie at AMPM. She prompted that they had availability the next morning so I scheduled a time. Bo came out promptly at the scheduled time (Sunday @ 9am) He diagnosed our system and got it back up and running. I would highly recommend them to others. Good, fast, knowledgeable service at a reasonable price.
