I've never raced to Google Reviews after a service appointment to rave about the company, communication, and quality of service. Jeff (who no surprise at all has several mentions in the review) is amazing. He was able to identify the issue, come back out and solve in less than 24 hours. Not only did he solve the issue but answered every question I had about the system and best practices for preventative maintenance leaving me feeling more knowledgable and confident about the use of our Daikin mini-split system. We bought this house having never used one before and the run down on the basics were so helpful.
We know who call for all our HVAC needs here forward.

Most responsive, professional service I have received from an HVAC company - EVER. Called right before the holiday with a house full of guests coming and a heater that suddenly stopped working. The scheduler was courteous and noted they were fully booked but they would try to move up the call if an opening occurred during the day. I got a call back several hours later and they were able to squeeze me in THAT day! Tech (Jeff) absolutely crushed the troubleshooting and got me fully operational in short time, plus provided a future preventive maintenance option that would keep things in shape going forward. We had been away for the weekend and arrived home, on a Sunday afternoon, to no AC during the this heat spell. Friends gave me Advantage's number. While I doubted anyone would be available to call me back, Jeff with Advantage Heating and Cooling did and was there within an hour of contacting me. He fixed the heat pump in short order, having the parts in his van. We were so grateful to have him give up time on his day off to help us out. Thanks Jeff. We have already signed on to have you service our system going forward.
