We had been away for the weekend and arrived home, on a Sunday afternoon, to no AC during the this heat spell. Friends gave me Advantage's number. While I doubted anyone would be available to call me back, Jeff with Advantage Heating and Cooling did and was there within an hour of contacting me. Had a great experience with Advantage. Just moved into my mobile home and didn't know how to operate my mini split AC units. Josh came out and very patiently explained everything on the remote controls and on the units themselves, took me outside to see the main unit and explained how that worked. I really appreciate the time he took with me - he really knows his stuff! Would highly recommend Advantage for any HVAC work you need.
Wow. Upon finding a small oil leak, I had my oil furnace assessed by tech Jeff. He arrived on time, and was super respectful, kind and meticulous. He not only patiently explained every single aspect of our system to me as he addressed it, but set us up with an affordable plan for maintenance that should take care of us beautifully going forward. I was concerned our old furnace was on the way out, but now I know soooo much more about her than I did, and I know she's doing well - so well, we've even named her Betsy! Jeff went above and beyond to answer all my questions, addressed the oil leak that prompted my call and more, and gave me next steps if we have more issues - and all for an excellent price. I'm so glad we've got Advantage in our corner now!
