Larry has been my go-to electrician for multiple properties in the Vancouver area for 6 years now. He is always quick to respond, his prices are fair, and he does excellent work. Most recently, there was an emergency situation at my rental property where we needed a new electrical panel immediately. Larry and Spencer were able to get to fit the project into their schedule right away. Even my tenants were impressed by how great it was working with Larry and Spencer. They were prompt, friendly, they did great work, and were so easy to work with.

Truly fantastic experience. Had an emergency where tenants’ 220 voltage appliances stopped working. Larry dispatched Spencer same day as luck would have it. Spencer found that the cables had been punctured in the past. He was able to fix the issue, got permitting, and had the city come out. Great communication. Photo documentation. Unprompted invoice sending afterward. Awesome to work with
