I have used 10/40 on a few projects now and my experience has been what you would expect from a quality construction company. Great communication always willing to help you fill in the blanks and not your normal contractor experience. These guys are clean cut care about their quality and are respectful. Will use them again as the needs arise.

We have used multiple contractors in the past couple of years for various projects at our house, but 1040 Remodeling has been one of our favorite people to work with, they definitely stand out, starting with the contract. It was very well written, well detailed and with no surprising costs at the end of the project. The crews always cleaned up after themselves, very friendly guys and easy to work with. We recommend this remodeling company!
