The technician Tristian Encinas was awesome. He went straight to work, tested the amount of water that had got into our carpet and drywalls, under the vinyl and placed a dehumidifier and fans to quickly suck up the water. Luckily our room did not receive as much damage as it could have thanks to his quick & professional response. I would highly recommend him and his company for dealing with mitigating water damage.
