Melanie gave us both a fantastic facial service, all the way through recommendations and follow up; very respectful, pleasant conversations, great information. Clearly very experienced, I don't know who else I'd want to perform the same services; we'll be scheduling regular appointments with her going forward!

The front desk staff were very friendly. My therapist came out 5 min late, which I had no issue with assuming he was running behind, that shouldn't affect the length of my appt. A thorough explanation of the room attention button and comfort levels were given and time for me to undress. He was out of the room for no longer than 5 min which is standard. My total massage time was 40 min. I was very disappointed especially with the cost of the massage and being shorted 10 min. Typically a 1hr massage is 50 min given the time to undress and get prepared. I told the front and all she said was “I assume you’re not leaving a tip”. Masseuses have been great. I love getting services here. Front desk could use improvement. I get mixed messages from the front desk, leading me to planning out my payments based on a having a gift card, only to be told they won't allow me to use the gift card for a gratuity. Last visit they told me I absolutely could and didn't know why it would be a problem. Previously they charged for me a massage even though I was a member because their system didn't update on time. Again, great massages, bad front desk service.
