“I subscribe to the wash fold service because my w/d is in such an inconvenient place at my new house. I have gotten a couple of items that aren't mine back in with my clothes, which makes me wonder if I've lost items? But I haven't noticed so that's on me haha Aaron has been really friendly every time I've interacted with him. His wife was also nice when I talked to her. There was a billing error that couldn't be fixed when I first signed up but it all worked out because I was able to use the credit. I do have some Disney dresses from the dress shop I have gotten dry cleaned there, I do think it's expensive at $30 a dress but they've come out nicely. I also haven't shopped around for prices because I'm sure it's expensive everywhere. Overall, as someone who has used their services a lot, no complaints :) oh also I do really like their website/customer portal. I can track my order and they also put your items in your profile, which is a nice touch.“

“Laundry space was available nice and clean here took only 23 mins for the huge 80lbs washer, I don’t know if it was expensive or cheap because it was the first time In a long time I had to use a laundromat, $11.50 I think the price was to wash now let’s see how the dryer works so good so far!“
