He called when he got there, called again to let me know what his plan was and explained the pricing very clearly to me and then called when it was completed and gave me his assessment and what his suggestions were. We had/have roots in a line and I asked him if we'd need to redo the line and even when given the opportunity to upsell me on something that would be probably 10-15k (at least), he said he didn't think it was that bad yet and to try other things first. Not something I was expecting from a large company, so I really appreciated it and will be asking for Luigi the next time we need help!“
