CSR Plumbing & Drain Cleaning
“A tenant called after hours and on a holiday because the toilet was plugged. I called 2 plumbing companies. The first call I could only speak to a digital assistant. Unfortunately I could not get a total cost or ball park amount. Only told me the price of the service call which includes the diagnosis, then the work would be quoted after the technician came out. So well over $200 plus whatever they quoted for the work. I asked for a ball park in snaking a toilet, but it could not provide. The second company I called was at $400 an hour.
I called CSR Plumbing and he was able to quote me the price which included the first hour of work. This is what I was after and is how I prefer to do business. Not having to guess or wonder about my bill.
I really appreciated their professionalism, how quickly they arrived on the job site and how fast Sal resolved our issue. Thank you!!”
