“I booked a nail and brow appt. the morning of an event, so I came in as a bundle of nerves. However, I left feeling completely at ease with how wonderfully the appointment had gone! I gave her a slight idea on where to start for my nails, but told her to do whatever she wanted, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out! They got complimented within ten minutes of leaving! I was offered some refreshments at the beginning, and so I got to enjoy a cup of hot tea for my early morning nails. She takes her time to perfect her craft, and does not charge by the hour. You’re not rushed in and out, to get in as many clients as possible, in comparison to many other salons I’ve been to. You will not feel like a transaction, you will feel like a guest :) she puts her time and care into what she does, and I will 1000% be returning!
(Additionally, I came in with completely damaged and picked at nails, something I’m always nervous about when I go to salons, but she was very careful to avoid hurting me, and reassured me of no judgement in the slightest ?)“

“Wonderful experience getting a haircut from Anna. She listened to what I wanted, but also knew right away what would work with my hair type. She made suggestions on how to care for my hair and the best part is that after the haircut I barely need to style or do anything. She cut it so it just dries perfectly on it's own. I am super happy and really really recommend her.“

“Isabel was great! She did an amazing job on my haircut. She definitely takes pride in her work and she was very thorough. She was also very down to earth and friendly. I loved how peaceful it was in a more private room without a bunch of chairs lined up in one big loud space. I really liked that I didn't have to walk across a busy room with wet hair because the shampoo station was only a few feet away. Prices are very fair for how much work was put in. I will be coming back.“

“Here at old leaf I’ve had two of the most amazing 90 minute massages with Kati. She is extremely intuitive and knows exactly what my body needed. I also experienced a float for the first time and I have to say I was skeptical at first, but I am so glad that I did it. “There was a mix up with my appointment so I could not see my regular stylist. However, the front desk staff was very apologetic and helpful and got me in with another stylist who did a great job. Their system is wonky so if you are driving a distance like me, double check the appointment before heading out. Don’t trust the text message, call them to confirm.“

Mike did fix my color and butchered cut that day and I left happy knowing that the perfect salon and colorist does exist.
In my opinion, this is the perfect salon. It’s small, spotless, welcoming and Jen, the owner has created a perfect oasis for anyone who wants to look or feel better. Her kindness and talent are unparalleled.
Mike is my colorist and I still can’t believe my luck to have found him and believe me when I say, he is the best!!!
