Clients praise the skilled technicians, noting their ability to customize treatments to suit individual needs. Whether it’s a sugar scrub, facial, or massage, the therapists are experienced and attentive, often exceeding expectations. Many mention specific therapists who provide excellent service, with massages tailored to preferences for lighter or deeper pressure, leaving clients feeling refreshed and lighter. The spa also offers facials that leave skin glowing and smooth, with treatments customized to skin needs. Overall, The V Spa is known for its great experiences, friendly atmosphere, and skilled staff, making it a favorite spot for relaxation and pampering.
Good but has gone downhill. The people are kind, but they used to give you a foot soak and tea while you waited, and no longer do. Also, if tou want hard pressure for a massage, make sure to book ahead of time and request one so you can match with someone who they can suggest. I asked for the hardest pressure possible from my masseus and it felt like the opposite of what I requested.
My facial with Jennifer was a 10/10 experience! She was gentle, confident, and knowledgeable. I felt relaxed during the appointment and left feeling empowered with all the information and encouragement she gave me for my combo skin! The entire experience including the spa atmosphere and front desk staff was a 10/10. Will definitely book again. 🩵
I’ve been seeing Ashley at The V Spa for brazilian and underarm waxing, and I couldn’t recommend her more. She is incredibly professional, consistent, and truly takes her time to make sure everything is done with care and precision. She makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process, and her technique is both gentle and efficient. The spa is clean, calming, and welcoming, it is such a great experience every time! Also don’t forget to check for new candles from Oak and Wax when you check out!!
