Mitch did an outstanding job on our pre-purchase home inspection. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain every issue he found.
His inspection uncovered several major problems that were not obvious during our walkthrough, including recalled LP siding, an end-of-life roof, water intrusion, rodent activity, and ventilation issues.
We ultimately decided to walk away from the purchase, and looking back, the inspection was one of the best investments we made. Mitch likely saved us from making a very expensive mistake. I highly recommend him and South Puget Sound Home Inspections.
Mitch did an exceptional job as a home inspector for us. He is professional and exceptionally knowledgable. We were present for his inspection, which was incredibly thorough. He reviewed all major systems of the house and identified issues both large and small. He submitted an inspection report which was vital for our home-buying process and which will be an incredible resource for fixing and maintaining our home. The cost was reasonable and Mitch was up-front and honest about the price and his services. I would not want to have anyone but South Puget Sound Home Inspections do a future inspection of a home for me!
Mitch showed up early, was very thorough, informative and personable and most importantly, honest. He answered every question we had to the best of his ability and if he couldn’t he informed us why without any fluff.
