I recently inherited a home, and I know nothing about house upkeep. We had Jarrett for the inspection and he was great. He was very thorough with the inspection and patient while we asked lots of questions. I also appreciate that the company provided us with a book about home maintenance. Because of the inspection, we found out about several issues with the home that we did not know about and can now take care of. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had an incredible experience with SPS Inspections! Jarret from SPS Inspections was responsive, prompt, and incredibly professional. The level of care and detail he put into the final inspection report was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be using SPS again.

Jarrett listened to my concerns and addressed them. This company is professional and in my opinion trustworthy. I will be using them again on two other properties and would recommend them to others.
