“I have always had problems with my hair on my face, it's very embarrassing. Was looking to get laser hair removal but saw the price and googled side effects and decided not for me. Luckily i ran a cross a lady that suggested I try electrolysis. I didn't know anything about it but researched it and thought why not. I've been to Linda for one treatment so far and I am already happy. It was painless haven't seen any hair back in the area Linda worked on. I'm so excited to continue coming back. Plus she is very knowledgeable about the whole procedure and made me feel very comfortable even tho I was seriously nerves. Recovery was just a little red but went away not even sore. Will stick with it. I'm actually really excited to continue going and working on other areas. Plus she is very affordable. Would recommend to anyone trying to gain confidence back with hair removal. “I worked with Dr. O'Connell and his staff to have a tattoo removed. Other places quoted me 8-10 sessions for a very small outline tattoo. They required payment up front and ultimately it seemed very shady. I met with Dr. O'Connell and he was very straight forward, he not gimmicky and he actually understands and explains the science of how it worked. He was able to remove my tattoo completely in 4 sessions and even pro-rated one of the appointments because it was basically almost gone. “I have been going to Studio Wax for years for all my waxing needs and for the occasional hydrafacial. The entire team has always demonstrated their dedication to high quality, professional, and attentive to detail level of care. Thus, when they started offering laser hair removal, I knew that I would consider Studio Wax first if I went that route. Last year, I started laser hair removal. As expected, the high quality care and attention to detail was there. There is an initial consultation to discuss medical history, skin/beauty products used, etc to assess for safety risks; a run-down of the process and what it might feel like; and tentative timeline for results. Appointments were set 6 weeks apart. With my darker hair, I saw results very quickly in terms of reduced growth in the laser hair removal areas. I won't say there is no pain whatsoever, but honestly, it's no more than waxing. I would liken it to a rubber band snapping on your skin. “I went in for a facial as my previous esthetician moved away. I was pleasantly surprised with the location, the inside was very warm and welcoming. Upon entering I was greeted and went to the treatment room to change. Everything was extremely clean and the staff professional and very accommodating. I even met Dr Kaplan. The various steps were explained as we progressed and the massage near the end was relaxing.

We eventually decided on the Route en Y gastric bypass due to GERD and esophageal cancer in family history.
