I recently started electrolysis here after an unfortunately long and unsatisfactory experience at another clinic. I booked my appointment in haste, and I truly lucked out.
I was paired with Alina, and she has been absolutely wonderful from day one. She’s attentive, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure I’m comfortable throughout every appointment. She explains what she’s doing, answers all of my questions, and has made what can be an intimidating and daunting process feel easy and reassuring.
After my previous experience, I was hesitant and disheartened, but Alina completely restored my confidence. The care and professionalism she brings to every appointment is evident and I am genuinely astonished with the progress I’m making in my hair removal journey in such a short amount of time. I’m so grateful I found this clinic, and I can’t recommend Alina highly enough.
I’ve been working with the clinicians at the Permanent Hair Removal Clinic for over two years and, in that time, they’ve provided me hundreds of hours of electrolysis treatment. It’s taken a long time but I am thrilled with the results we’ve achieved together.
I first learned about this clinic after extensive personal research, collecting recommendations and consulting with other respected electrolysis practitioners around Seattle. The office was a little further away from my home than others but choosing the most-highly-regarded professional around was my biggest deciding factor. A lovely place with lovely people who know what they're doing! I've been getting work done on my face with Laura for a while now, and even though I don't get to go super often, there are still visible results with minimal pain. She is excellent at what she does, very accommodating, great to talk with, and really has a lot of care for things outside the work that's being done (and of course obviously cares about the work too!), not to mention the willingness to tell you about what the machines do and how it works.
As someone with agoraphobia, finding places that feel truly safe and comfortable is hard. This is one of those safe places.
