A lovely place with lovely people who know what they're doing! I've been getting work done on my face with Laura for a while now, and even though I don't get to go super often, there are still visible results with minimal pain. She is excellent at what she does, very accommodating, great to talk with, and really has a lot of care for things outside the work that's being done (and of course obviously cares about the work too!), not to mention the willingness to tell you about what the machines do and how it works.

As someone with agoraphobia, finding places that feel truly safe and comfortable is hard. This is one of those safe places.

Highly recommend! The facility is clean and cozy with heated tables in the rooms. I've been seeing Christine, and she is amazing! When I first started seeing her, she answered all my questions, and explained the science behind electrolysis. She also checked in during the process to make sure I was doing okay with the settings.

I had an amazing experience here! It was my first time doing electrolysis, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. Alina is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to explain the process, answer all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the appointment.
Her attention to detail and care really stood out, and you can tell she genuinely knows what she’s doing. The whole experience was smooth, reassuring, and much less intimidating than I expected.
Highly recommend this place!
