Communication, quality of work, dedication to schedule, realistic commitments, pricing transparency, flexibility, workmanship, advice, selection and management of subcontractors, planning, coordination with external design consultants... everything is 5 stars. We can say enough about Chris (the owner) and Andy (our PM). Our project involved and unplanned (re)renovation of our finished basement, plus a complete remodel of our master bathroom and master bedroom closet area. We worked with Bicknell Builds for both a roof replacement and finishing an unfinished attic. Their personnel were very communicative and punctual while working on our house. All the workmanship was very well done with an attention to detail. As an engineer, I personally inspected all the work after they would leave for the day and asked many questions about upcoming planned work for the project. In addition, they were transparent and always discussed all costs ahead of time, so there was no surprises.
Overall, we're so happy with how our project turned out that we're looking at other potential projects with them! We would highly recommend... read full review
