It is the BEST place to have your brows waxed and shaped. Kristen is very skilled at her craft, and she is a wonderful person. I have been a client for years and would not go anywhere else!
I wish I remember the gal that did my brows name, she did a fabulous job. She double checked with the owner (who was absolutely lovely) on her work. I left feeling great after the last place I went to butchered my brows. Lesson learned on straying away from XWAX. I brought my son who sat in the waiting area and every staff member was so kind to him, which they didn't have to go out of their way to do. Wonderful work and great costumer service.
