The Vita Nova massage is an amazing experience--comprehensive, intuitive, and innovative, yet always leaving room for focused attention on the issue of the day. Toni combines multiple massage traditions with her own instincts and a fearless fluid style that combines stretching, deep tissue pressure and smooth massage. Longer sessions never seem extended or repetitive. I recommend her highly to anyone looking for high quality, healing treatment.

Toni is an absolutely GIFTED and super HARDWORKING massage therapist! Her techniques are varied but always the right ones for the task at hand. Sometimes, I get the feeling that she has X Ray vision that helps her to find knots so seamlessly. And she is always open to adjust techniques to keep client in a pain free posture. I have been particularly impressed with her ability to treat TMJ issues via intraoral massage. Toni was deftly able to identify muscles in my lower palette that were extremely strained but which I didn't even know existed!! I recently had a fantastic experience with Vita Nova. The Deep Tissue Massage was tailored to my needs, and the therapist was skilled and attentive. The facility was clean and relaxing, and the communication was excellent. I felt rejuvenated and would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a great massage experience.
