Victoria at the Fred Meyer Vista optical in Tacoma on 19th St is the reason I made an appointment. She is very welcoming and caring when I visited this site. The location is not in my immediate vicinity, but it was a pleasure seeing her, and to feel valued .
This was my first experience at purchasing eye glasses. Upon arriving at vista optical in Fred Meyer, i was greeted by Victoria who was very helpful in getting frames picked out, getting insurance information and getting appropriate lenses. Victoria was able to answer all my questions and concerns. The whole process only took about fifteen minutes. I would highly recommend this vista optical and will return for future visits. Awesome job Victoria, and thank you.
My exam by Dr. Ahn was great. Quick and efficient. The associates in Vista Optical did a wonderful job of picking out and ordering my glasses. I picked them up today and they are awesome. A slight adjustment by the Optician and they are perfect.
