Many have been going there for years, often able to get appointments quickly and without waiting. The staff is generally professional and kind, although some mention that the check-in process and patient portal could be improved to reduce waiting times and ease billing. Impossible to get ahold of anyone to confirm an appointment. Will send confirmations for some appointments only. Cancelled appointment days prior after collecting payment. Just not impressed so far.
I go there for my glaucoma and other eye issues. Dr. Joseph Pham is the best and doggone best around, I highly recommend any doctor in this practice. A shout out to their newest Dr. Jasmine Garrison!
I have cataract surgery on both eyes, as well as YAG laser CAPSULOTOMY. Dr. Patel and his team are professional and experienced. They did an excellent job. I can see better than ever. A great place for my eye health. I highly recommend Pacific Northwest Eye.
