Elijah got my son right for picture day at school. Fast friendly service, he was great with my son. Very full of conversation, engaging, and all around a great service especially for a late last minute cut!

This place is legit Untouchable. Cliche yes? But it's the truth. Had a terrible experience with another local shop in UP for the third time and walked out. How they are still in business I have no idea. Ok, back on track. I walked into Untouchables and Tyrone said he was booked for the day. I think he saw how bad I needed a haircut and took mercy on me. He told me to sit down and he'd get me in. BAM!! Customer service!!! He just earned my families business for life. I have 3 boys who get cut on a regular basis. Today was my first visit. I was told ahead of time there was a wait. No problem for me but definitely make an appointment if you are short on time. Mike did a great job making sure I got exactly what I wanted. 100% worth the wait! 5 stars!
