Ashley has this way of supporting me as a whole person....I don't need to see her for just the emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual aspects of me and see others to fill the gaps because we cover it all! She's my own personal cheerleader who supports me in celebrating every step forward I take. She also keeps me in the gray of life and I am much more in joy because of that! I highly recommend working with her...thru her web classes or support groups or one on one. I do all 3!
