After purchasing the new dishwasher Thompson Appliance was able to get the installation scheduled within 2 days!
The installers were great. They arrived just as promised and were helpful and friendly. Offered great advice on the new appliance and cleaned up after they were finished. No groaning about how the plumbing or electrical were set up as I have experienced with installers at other locations.

Outstanding install. Not only did installers discover that our old dishwasher was not correctly installed, the went out of their way to ensure the peculiarities of Miele were correctly taken care of.

I can’t say enough positive things about Thompson Appliance; they arrived on time and delivered service way beyond expectations on a highly complicated install. The team communicated well with each other and were highly professional throughout their time on site. You can’t do better in South Sound or Tacoma area!
